Our warehouse or commercial style framing features an innovative double truss webbed design which allows us to build you a clear span building up to 50' wide. Offered in lengths 100' or longer and wall height up to 20'. This style building is ready to handle your heavy-duty work.
All warehouse style buildings include 12 gauge framing and all vertical roof & siding.
Must be installed on either an approved concrete slab or concrete footers.

Determine size
Widths: 31' - 50'
Lengths: Start at 20' and increase in 5' increments. Roof length is 1' longer than frame length.
Leg Height: 8' up to 20'
Tip- Width = Ends & Length = Sides

Customize and Anchor
Customize your building with full or partial side panels, gabled ends, custom frame outs, 45 ° Trim, roll up doors, windows, and more.
Choose from 14 colors and enjoy an exclusive 20 year Sherwin Williams paint warranty.
Your building will include engineer certification with approved concrete anchors.
**Concrete foundation or concrete footers are required and are the responsibility of the customer.

Roof &
Siding
All warehouse/commercial style framing feature a vertical style roof and siding.
Due to the heavy duty nature of this style truss and framing a Telescopic Lift is required for installation. An approved lift can be provided by the customer, or we can assist you with an equipment rental for additional cost.

Once you have your design set, deposits can be paid with check, cash or credit/debit card.
